# E-Commerce Integration: Sync Your Shop with Pocketshop

> Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, Wix, or Gambio to sync products, manage orders, and link loyalty data directly in your Pocketshop app.

Connecting your online shop to Pocketshop closes the gap between your e-commerce activity and your loyalty programme. When a customer places an order online, Pocketshop can automatically credit loyalty points, trigger a follow-up campaign, and keep your product catalogue in sync — all without any manual work on your part. Pocketshop supports the most widely used e-commerce platforms in the DACH region and beyond.

## Shopify: The Deepest Integration

Shopify offers the most comprehensive connection available in Pocketshop, making it the recommended platform if you are evaluating e-commerce options alongside your loyalty setup.

**Automatic product sync** keeps your Pocketshop product catalogue aligned with your Shopify store in real time. New products, price changes, and stock updates flow through automatically, so your customers always see accurate information in the app.

**Order management** means every Shopify order is visible inside your Pocketshop CRM. You can view order history per customer, use purchase data to power segmentation, and trigger post-purchase campaigns the moment an order is confirmed.

**Loyalty programme linking** connects your Shopify checkout with your Pocketshop points system. Customers earn points on every qualifying online purchase, and those points appear in their app wallet instantly — reinforcing the habit of buying through your store.

**Marketing automation** lets you build trigger-based workflows that fire automatically based on Shopify events. For example, send a personalised thank-you push notification after a first online order, or follow up with a replenishment reminder based on the product category purchased.

## Connecting Your Shopify Store

    In your Pocketshop CRM, go to **Settings → Integrations** and click the **Shopify** tile.

    Type your store's myshopify.com address (for example, `yourstore.myshopify.com`) and click **Connect**.

  <Step title="Authorise the connection in Shopify">
    You'll be redirected to your Shopify admin. Review the permissions Pocketshop requests and click **Install app** to authorise the connection.

  <Step title="Configure sync preferences">
    Back in Pocketshop, choose which product collections to sync, set your order loyalty point rules, and enable any automation triggers you want to activate immediately.

  <Step title="Run an initial sync">
    Click **Sync Now** to import your existing product catalogue and recent order history. Depending on your store size, the initial sync may take a few minutes.

    Place a test order (or use a Shopify draft order) to confirm that loyalty points are credited correctly and that the order appears in your Pocketshop customer timeline.
