# Use AI to Manage Campaigns and Loyalty in Pocketshop
> Connect OpenAI, Google Gemini, Dialogflow, and Fonio to automate campaign creation, power in-app chatbots, and manage customer data with AI prompts.

## Built-in Campaign AI Prompt
You don't need to connect any external tool to start using AI in Pocketshop. The **Campaign AI Prompt** is built directly into the CRM and is available to all users from day one.
To use it, open **Campaigns → New Campaign** and click the **Generate with AI** button. Type a plain-text description of the campaign you want — for example, "A re-engagement offer for customers who haven't visited in 60 days, with a 10% discount" — and the AI will generate a ready-to-edit campaign including a subject line, message body, and a suggested audience segment.
The Campaign AI Prompt is the quickest way to experience the value of AI in your marketing workflow without any configuration or external accounts.
## Google Gemini via MCP
Pocketshop supports **Google Gemini** through the standardised **Model Context Protocol (MCP)**. MCP is an open protocol that allows AI assistants to securely read and act on data held in connected business tools — in this case, your live Pocketshop data.
Once the MCP connection is active, Gemini can:
* Query your customer segments and loyalty programme data
* Create and update push notification campaigns
* Adjust loyalty tiers, point rules, and reward definitions
* Summarise campaign performance and suggest next actions
All of this happens through natural-language prompts inside Gemini — you describe what you want to do, and Gemini executes it via the MCP server without you needing to navigate the CRM manually.
This integration is particularly well-suited to teams already working within **Google Workspace** (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), since Gemini can pull context from your existing Google files alongside your Pocketshop data in a single conversation.
## OpenAI (ChatGPT)
The **OpenAI integration** connects Pocketshop to ChatGPT so you can manage campaigns and analyse customer data through your OpenAI account. **Fonio** extends your customer communication beyond the app with AI-powered telephone outreach. Connect Fonio to Pocketshop to trigger automated outbound calls for use cases such as:
